Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms, e.g., shopify and wordpress+woocommerce
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in web programming languages
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing product listings
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
